CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
We completely understand that life happens and plans can change. However, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult for us to offer your spot to others. To ensure fairness to both our clients and team, we kindly ask that you follow our studio’s policy:
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Changes made with less than 24 hours notice are considered late cancellations and may be charged up to 100% of the service.
If you miss your appointment or don’t show up, it will be marked as a no-show, and the full-service fee will apply.
Appointments made within 24 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy.
Late arrivals may also be charged in full if there’s not enough time to complete your service.
We know this may sound firm, but our time with you is thoughtfully reserved in advance. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our technicians’ time.
RUNNING LATE?:
We understand that delays happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. However, to stay on schedule:
If you’re 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened to make up for lost time.
If you’re 30 minutes late, we’ll try our best to still serve you, but time-intensive parts of the service like detailed nail art or full cuticle work may need to be skipped.
If you're too late for us to begin the service at all, even if you still show up, the full-service fee will still apply.
We truly appreciate your understanding. These policies help us protect the time of both our clients and our team.
NAIL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
For the health and safety of all clients and staff, we do not perform services on nails showing signs of infection, fungus (such as green or discolored spots), lifting from the nail bed, thickening, or any abnormal condition.
If you knowingly arrive with an active nail issue, your appointment will be canceled on the spot and a 100% service charge will still apply.
Please treat any nail concerns with a licensed medical provider first, we’ll be happy to care for your nails once they’re healthy again!
NAIL FIXES:
Nail fix appointments must be booked with the same technician who originally performed your service. Booking with a different technician may result in an additional fee.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for breaks or chips caused by external factors. Repairs may take extra time and can incur a fee depending on the type and extent of the damage.
Gel Polish Fix:
If your gel polish chips within 10 days, we’ll fix it for free.
BIAB Gel Fix:
We offer a 2-week no-chip guarantee on BIAB by The Gel Bottle Inc. If your BIAB chips within 2 weeks of your visit, we’ll repair it at no extra cost. After 2 weeks, a $15 fee will apply.
If you book a complimentary fix and don’t show up, a $15 fee will be charged as we reserve 30 minutes of technician time for you.
